Yes, took down his vehicle number and made police report already. I had two young kids in my car so when the driver turned into KPE I was at the slip road to Kallang very difficult to chase after him.
So you mean the insurance will cut my NCD ah? Then maybe should pay myself to repair. Only a slight dent and some scratches so I think damage is only $200 plus minus.

u can pay for the damage urself and take it as a blessing that no one is hurt.
however, u can still pursue the case of hit and run since you have the car plate no, not for the purpose of claiming insurance but rather to seek injustice. of cuz, very hard to hit him on the nail since no witness here
but who knows, if surface evidence is substantial enuf, u can even claim compensation of how much you have paid for your repairs.
no harm keeping this option open and follow up with the police since u have already done up ur own repair
